General Participation in Community Classes requires mindfulness: If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day. Yoga includes physical movements, relaxation, stress re-education and relief from muscular tension. Similar to any physical activity there is a risk of injury which could even be serious or disabling. This risk is always present and can not be eliminated entirely. Please follow the instructions of your trained and experienced teacher.
