After two very different pregnancies, deliveries and the amazing journey of single parenting my beautiful babies who are now adults, I felt it remiss of me not to share all that knowledge and empower others in this the most important role we will ever fill. Hindsight for me is valuable insight for you and it is with love, passion and lots of experience that I share all things pregnancy. Pregnancy is an amazing and pivotal event within your life. Don't trust your baby or body to a regular yoga class. Therapeutic sessions for pregnancy are available as well as a personally written educational program for Pregnancy yoga. We will be honoured to share in your experience at this special time.
PREGNANCY YOGA COURSES: Second trimester onwards
Education and yoga combined. Add yoga classes to education about pregnancy and many practical ideas to get you through pregnancy with wisdom and intuition. Be empowered and ready for birthing. Ready your body for birth and support the many changes that take place through the 9 month journey. We will cover: Yoga class, baby bonding, meditation, visualisation, breath work and some Active Birthing Moves. 5 week course
GENERAL PREGNANCY YOGA SESSIONS after you have completed the education for pregnancy course continue on with general yoga for pregnancy. Keep your body supple and ready it for an active birth.
Bookings can be made for private sessions covering the course or for small groups together.
MUM & BUB/POST NATAL YOGA: 6 weeks post partum minimum
Spend 5 weeks working on mother and baby bonding and getting your post natal body back to strength and condition whilst indulging in some you time. In this class we change nappies, feed and listen to the noises our babies make - sometimes quite a symphony! We also relax, stretch and form lifelong friendships not to mention the fun we have with our littlies. This one gets you out of the home in a healthy and supportive community. Bring your mums group, a friend or come meet others who understand.
(bring your own mat and a rug and toys for baby).
GENERAL POST NATAL CARE with or without baby in tow; your choice.
Private or small group sessions to work on your post natal repair and the world of new motherhood.

ACTIVE BIRTHING WORKSHOPS Mum to be and birthing partner attend to take the myths out of labour and bring empowerment to the beautiful experience of birthing your most special little baby. Knowledge is power! This is a practical and educational experience to share before the birth plan is solid.

FERTILITY YOGA to bring the body, mind and emotions into balance and create a fertile environment for conception. So many are experiencing conception issues in our modern environment. After a thorough assessment we target the areas that pertain to you and can assist on so many levels through yoga. Practices that you will take through the rest of your life including motherhood.
Additionally WOMENS HEALTH ISSUES addressed through yoga asana, breath and other yoga practices.
GRIEF & LOSS support through yoga therapy for one to one support
Private and Therapeutic sessions available for Fertility, Pregnancy, Active Birthing, Post Natal, Grief & Loss, Women's Health requirements.
